Andre Marsden
Andre Marsden is a teacher, writer, media producer and actor who helps community members and young learners gain, improve, and apply knowledge critical to their social development.
Before becoming a teacher and freelance voice actor, Andre worked for a combined 5 years as a performer, production assistant, and producer for television and stage. Andre now creates a variety of media products including documentary scripts, promotional voice-overs, and photography products for print and web; in addition to his new role as an educator.
Andre completed a BA in Literatures in English with a minor in Theatre Arts (and a focus on educative theatre) at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. He enjoys creative writing and stage performance and facilitates the Photography Club at the Belmopan Methodist High School where he teaches.
Ingrid Ferlo
Ingrid Ferlo is a Communication officer, content producer and writer. She worked as a journalist at The Reporter Press and Love Television. She expanded her career in Communications at organizations such as Rhythm of Change, the International Organization for Migration and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and completed a Communications Internship at Doctors Without Borders in India.
She is passionate about engaging in conversations regarding social, political and economic issues affecting Belize with a global context and discussing solutions for them.
Ingrid loves conversations that pique critical thinking and analysis. She aims to cover content objectively and holistically and also with lightheartedness and simplicity to engage as many people as possible.
She completed a Bachelors in English Honors from the University of Delhi in India and an Associates Degree in Humanities from Muffles Junior College in Orange Walk Town.
Ingrid enjoys research, sleeping late, growing edible plants and offering unsolicited critique on television shows, most notably, the now concluded, Game of Thrones. She is a vegetarian and dog lover. She currently resides in Belmopan.
